To install the Phoenix, first place the back band behind the penis and testicles. With that in position, flip the cage clip forward so that it rests in a horizontal aspect. Bring the cage up over the penis - use cotton buds to push the penis in rather than using oil to avoid leaving a film on the inside of the cage.

Push the pressure plate down on to the penis and move the pin forward into the slot at the top of the cage. Rotate the cage clip towards you and insert the lock pin through the cage clip hole.

Tilt the cage up and move the cage back towards the back band hole. As the pin begins entry into the back band hole, tilt the cage back down to move the pin through. If you have any difficulty, move the cage assembly
around a little.

Place the remaining spacers between the back band and the padlock shackle and install the padlock
